From Edmonton to Saskatchewan: Chris Jones announces Rider coaching staff

General manager and vice president of football operations Chris Jones is bringing most of his coaching staff from the Edmonton Eskimos to the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

In a media release Wednesday morning, the team announced eight additions to the Roughriders’ coaching staff.

  • Stephen McAdoo as offensive coordinator and assistant head coach
  • Craig Dickenson as special teams coordinator
  • Jarious Jackson as quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator
  • Mike Scheper as offensive line coach
  • Phillip Lolley as linebackers coach
  • Jason Shivers as defensive backs coach
  • Ed Philion as defensive line coach
  • Craig Davoren as running backs coach and special teams assistant
  • Some members of the coaching staff will be speaking to the media Wednesday morning.
