In the early hours of Jan. 22, Battlefords RCMP responded to a 31-year-old male with significant stabbing injuries.

Police say the victim was not being very cooperative with the details of how he received his wounds. The matter is still under investigation.

Police responded to nearly 30 other unrelated incidents between Sunday and Monday morning, including a case of cyber bullying, fraudulent bank transactions, and shopping lifting cases that ended in an arrest.
