The case involving Brandon Stucka was once again held over in North Battleford today.

Stucka is facing a number of charges related to a fatal crash Sept. 22 near Lloydminster that killed three women.

He appeared via closed circuit video from Saskatoon for the hearing in North Battleford provincial court Monday.

His lawyer was once again not present in the courtroom. Stucka’s case was remanded to Oct. 11 at 11 a.m., as his lawyer had been waiting for disclosure and more information in the case.
