RBC gives big boost to Sask. Winter Games in N.B.

The Saskatchewan Winter Games received a big boost of financial support today from a local business.
The RBC Financial Group presented a cheque to the Games host committee for $25,000 to come on board as a sponsor for the event. The games will take place in North Battleford and the surrounding area from Feb. 18 to 24.
As a Platinum-level sponsor for the games, the RBC Financial Group had the opportunity to select the sporting activity it would be sponsoring, so it chose the snowboarding competition planned for Table Mountain, from Feb. 21 to 24.
“It was a great morning to celebrate the 2018 Saskatchewan Winter Games,” said RBC North Battleford branch manager Jenny Dennis. “RBC is truly honoured to be a part of the games, and to be supporting the games committee, to highlight youth sport in the province and here in our great city of North Battleford.”
