The man’s vehicle was searched and officers found several bags of methamphetamine and marijuana on the man.

The passenger was also arrested.

Fulmes was also charged with possessing cocaine.

Both men are scheduled to appear in Melfort Provincial Court on Oct. 10.

As a result of the stop, police prepared and executed a search warrant of Fulmes’ house. Investigators with the assistance of the Prince Albert Police Service found a small marijuana grow-operation. Twelve plants were seized. Carol Fulmes, 57, of Pleasantdale was arrested and charged with production of a controlled substance.

She was released and will appear in court on Nov. 14.
