Joint task force seizes almost 1,300 grams of cocaine

Five area men have been charged with drug trafficking after a two month long joint investigation by law enforcement. 

Police officers from the Prince Albert, Saskatoon and the Rosthern RCMP, seized 1,299 grams of cocaine, $4,730 in cash, 21 grams of marijuana and a switch blade on Oct. 11. 

Nathan Harvey Peeteetuce, 27, Benjamin Anthony Henry, 23, Dorie Kirk Lidguerre, 29, Christopher Martin Napope, 62, and Anderson Jamal Murrell, 27, are charged with multiple offences including possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds obtained by crime under $5,000.

Peeteetuce and Henry appeared today in Prince Albert Provincial Court, while Lidguerre and Napope will appear on Oct. 30. Murrell appeared in Saskatoon Oct.  12.
