M.L. RCMP searching for missing 17-year-old

Local RCMP officers are searching for Jamie Millard, a 17-year-old Meadow Lake resident who was last seen in another city in late November.

She was reported as missing to local police on Dec. 11 and was last seen at a residence on 47 Ave. in Lloydminster on Nov. 30. To date, she has not been located despite investigations, and RCMP members are requesting the public’s assistance.

Sgt. Ryan How of the Meadow Lake RCMP said there is a possibility the youth could be in the Edmonton area, but this has yet to be confirmed.

“[She] also has connections to Meadow Lake, Maidstone and Prince Albert,” he said. “She is described as being 5’6″, approximately 120 lbs with black hair, and it is unknown what clothing she was last wearing.”

He requested anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact the Meadow Lake detachment immediately at (306) 236-2570, or Crimestoppers at 1 (800) 222-8477.

“Persons with information can remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward,” he said.
