Case involving alleged fraud against Viterra heading to trial
The case involving a North Battleford man accused of defrauding Viterra has been set for a trial in Court of Queen’s Bench in Battleford, with a date still to be determined.
David Glassford who is facing a charge of fraud over $5,000 appeared in North Battleford provincial court Feb. 15.
He previously entered a not guilty plea.
Defence lawyer Brian Pfefferle was present during court via teleconference, as Judge Daniel O’Hanlon presided.
