FSIN votes to change name

The Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations has voted to change its name after five decades. The abbreviation will remain the same, but it will now be known as the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations.

$100 million in federal funding to go towards indigenous employment initiatives

Hundreds coming to North Battleford for First Nations conference

First Nations leaders from across the province will descend on North Battleford this week.  

The Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations will bring together leaders from 74 First Nations for their Spring Legislative Assembly today, May 25 and Thursday.
