Innovation Credit Union members vote 'yes' on federalization

Innovation Credit Union members have voted in favour of Innovation’s proposal to become the first federal Credit Union headquartered in Saskatchewan.

Of the more than 17,200 members who voted, 82 per cent voted in favor of the special resolution.

After initially projecting a $1.4 million deficit, the City of Meadow Lake tabled a balanced budget for 2018 and decided to raise property taxes 1.9 per cent at last night’s council meeting.
