UPDATE: Police said no charges will be layed after an incident yesterday afternoon closed a large section of 13th. St. W. A man admitted he was doing target practice in his backyard with a pellet gun, which initiated the call for service.

Prince Albert’s New Democrat MLA is welcoming a new public opinion poll showing her party is rising in popularity.

The annual Law Enforcement Torch Run's first stop of the day was at Princess Margaret School in Prince Albert. In total, nine different schools were visited by the relay.

Prince Albert man killed in workplace accident

A Prince Albert man has been identified as one of two people killed while working on the construction of a transmission line in the community of Come by Chance, N.L.

Regina Poitras, the mother of Happy Mary Charles who has been missing since April 3, spoke at a a press conference Tuesday afternoon. Police asked for renewed public assistance in locating the 42-year-old woman.
