Tearrius George staying with Riders; Club releases two others

The Saskatchewan Roughriders are bringing back two players from last season's roster.

The team announced on Monday, international defensive lineman Tearrius George and national defensive back Matt Webster have signed extensions. The terms of both deals are not being released.

From Edmonton to Saskatchewan: Chris Jones announces Rider coaching staff

General manager and vice president of football operations Chris Jones is bringing most of his coaching staff from the Edmonton Eskimos to the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

In a media release Wednesday morning, the team announced eight additions to the Roughriders' coaching staff.
