Update: As of 8:57 p.m., a spokesperson for the Ministry of Environment said the fire is contained at 15 hectares in size. Crews and equipment will continue to work in the area for the next few days.

Fire crews tend to shed fire in Midtown

The Prince Albert Fire Department responded to a fully engulfed shed Monday afternoon.

Shortly before 2:30 p.m., emergency crews were called to the fire at 406 10 St. E. Dozens looked on as smoke billowed into the air while fire crews quickly knocked down the flames.
