Next they choose the smaller sized plates.

Then they sit as far away from the buffet as possible and sit with their backs to the buffet line.

If available they use chopsticks to eat slower and they chew their food longer.

Now that doesn’t sound so hard. Perhaps we can have our buffet and eat it too!
