P.A. and PAGC in school/rec centre swap proposal
A substantial land swap is on the table for a vote at Prince Albert city council later Monday.
The proposal is for the city to transfer ownership of the Parkland Recreation Centre and lot on Ninth Avenue W. to the Prince Albert Grand Council (PAGC). In return the PAGC would transfer ownership to the city of the currently unused Angus Merasty School on Fifth Avenue W.
