Man shot while walking down the street in Stanley Mission

Saskatchewan RCMP are investigating a shooting at Stanley Mission.

Early Monday morning, around 3:30 a.m., RCMP received a report of shots fired in the area of McLeod Street.

As a result of the shooting, a 21-year-old man, who was walking along the street, suffered a single gunshot wound and was taken to hospital by ambulance for what were reported to be serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

There have been no arrests, and RCMP have not been able to locate any witnesses.
