Bronze Medallion and Cross are the first steps to becoming a National Lifeguard.
Once you complete your Bronze Awards, Standard First Aid and National Lifeguard you can apply all over Canada for a lifeguard position, including the MLAC.
The MLAC accepts applications for Junior Guards once you have completed your Bronze Awards and Standard First Aid.
