P.A. sees minor house sale gains but North Battleford better
There were some marginal gains in the Prince Albert housing market last month. And while the average sale price went up there’s no indication of a positive trend after months of slowdown.
According to the Saskatchewan Realtors Association (SRA) 15 homes sold last month, which is three more than in January 2019.
That figure is a long way off the five-year average of 29 sales for the month.
The SRA said active listings were down from 613 to 541 and the time it took for a home to sell shortened to just over 98 days from 107.
