Mustangs announce postponement of game 5 amid COVID-19 concerns

Early on Thursday, March 12, the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) had announced they were going to continue on with their 2020 playoffs amid the concerns around COVID-19.

Things have now changed as teams have announced on Twitter their game fives set for March 13 would be postponed.

The Melfort Mustangs were set to take on the Estevan Bruins in Melfort. The La Ronge Ice Wolves were on their way to Yorkton to take on the Terriers. The Nipawin Hawks and Battlefords North Stars were also set to play.
