“VIRTUAL” OPEN ART EXHIBIT- ARTISTS and CRAFTSPEOPLE
As you know we have temporarily cancelled monthly art exhibits at Mistasinihk Place. Too bad, as art is good for our mental health, as is sharing with friends and community.
So, La Ronge area ARTISTS and CRAFTSPEOPLE, let’s see what you’ve been up to in your isolation hours!!! Do you have some artwork that you will share with our Facebook community?
Please email us a photo of your work or post it to our page, and we will feature it in an album “April 2020 Community Art” on our Facebook page. (Email will produce better quality pics)
1) Take a photo of your piece. (best quality you can do so as to do it justice!)
2) Email it to larongeart@gmail.com
3) Include your name, a title for the piece if it has one, the medium you have used, and anything else you’d like to say about it. (We may edit it for length or content.)
Done! We’ll try to post a picture (or more?) every day until we resume our normal exhibits. Photos of artwork will be collected into an album on our FB page so we will have a ‘virtual’ exhibit that everyone can enjoy.
