Train derailment blocking traffic on Highway 2 near Dana

A train derailment on Highway 2 led to traffic delays this morning.

CN spokesperson, Jonathan Abecassis confirmed in an email the derailment involved one empty car and was blocking the highway crossing west of Dana but has since been cleared.

There were no dangerous good involved, and there were no injuries.

The cause of the incident is under investigation.
