Man fined $820 after caught driving more than twice the speed limit

Melfort RCMP have fined a 50-year-old man after he was caught going over twice the speed limit.
On Thursday, April 23, at around 7 p.m. RCMP caught the driver going 102 km/h on McDonald Avenue in Melfort, which is normally a 50 km/h zone.
The man was fined $820 and his vehicle remains impounded for seven days.
