Planned power outage

Humboldt area part of planned power outage

A planned power outage is in store for a number of local communities.

Power will be shut off for rural customers in the Resort Village of Stoney Lake, south of the city of Humboldt and surrounding communities from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, June 8.

SaskPower said in a news release the outage is part of an effort to improve the power system in the area, and is weather permitting.
