Motorist hits parked van on Studer Street: La Ronge RCMP
Jul 23, 2020 | 4:25 PM
La Ronge RCMP are investigating a motor vehicle collision on the 1600 Block of Studer Street.
That’s according to acting-Staff Sgt. Josh Hallett, who said on July 22 just before 7 p.m., officers responded to a two-vehicle collision. The investigation determined a car was travelling westbound and struck an unoccupied minivan parked on the north side of the road.
The driver of the car was transported to a La Ronge medical facility for non-life-threatening injuries and La Ronge RCMP continue with the investigation.
No charges have been laid, but Hallett said alcohol is believed to be a factor in the collision.
