P.A. RCMP searching for missing 36-year-old man

UPDATE: Kyle Prosper has been located safe and sound by the Saskatoon Police Service (SPS). Prince Albert RCMP would like to thank SPS, the members of the public and the media for their help.

The Prince Albert RCMP is requesting public assistance in the search for 36-year-old Kyle Prosper.

According to a media release, Prosper was reported missing on August 18 by his family and was known to be camping in the Nisbet Forest east of Highway 11.

Police believe, although not confirmed, he may have received a ride or hitchhiked somewhere while travelling along Highway 11.

Prosper visits the communities of Batoche, Saskatoon and One Arrow First Nation. Police will search the areas where he was last known to be camping. The search effort will see assistance from the Civil Air Search and Rescue.

He is described as standing 5-7 inches tall and 110 pounds. He has brown eyes and dark brown hair.
