The Co-operative Health Centre will be holding its Annual General Meeting on:

Meeting: 7:00 p.m.
Location: Plaza 88 – Kings Court Room
888 Central Ave, Prince Albert
(Please enter through the East Doors)
Due to COVID restrictions we would request that if you are interested in attending this meeting pre-registration is required as a maximum of (30) people are permitted to attend.
A ZOOM Meeting will also be held during this meeting to provide access to our members.
If you wish to attend the Annual Meeting either in person or via ZOOM meeting, pre-registration is required.
