Gnam and Silvernagle the big winners at Senior Men’s Lobstick

Medicine Hat’s Warren Gnam saved the best round for last.
Gnam shot a tournament-best 71 to take the lead away from Saskatoon’s Brad Phelps and win the 2020 Senior Men’s Lobstick Thursday in Waskesiu. Gnam ended up beating Phelps by a stroke, with a three-day total of 219.
Delisle’s Colin Coben, who came into the tournament winning eight of the last nine tournaments, finished in third with 223. Prince Albert’s Martin Ring finished in the Championship Flight in a tie for ninth place with 230.
In the Super Seniors category, Biggar’s Keith Silvernagle won with a three-day total of 228, and finished eighth overall in scoring.
