Bennie Needs His Forever Home

Introducing Bennie: sweeter than molasses, more tender than tenderloin, and gentle as as a lamb!

Arriving at the Battleford’s Humane Society holding his very own Caution sign, this guy was well out of his comfort zone. His first 6 months are a bit of a mystery and likely hold all sorts of curves and speed bumps but one really doesn’t know.

Looking past the sad soul in the corner of his kennel, one could easily see a tender soul longing to be discovered. Arriving at his foster home and benefitting from oodles of peace, patience and persistence, Bennie has seen the other side!

The side where love and tenderness wash away the tears and mend the heart. After only 2 days, movements are more fluid and butt scratches are so much better than hunkering down in the corner.

Bennie thrives with a calm leader that will give him time to process everything new in his world, which is a lot. He currently has his digs set up in the hallway and his bachelor pad contains all the necessities for puppyhood. I would highly recommend a similar setup in his permanent home as it is a peaceful haven for him.
