P.A. child care facility closed due to COVID-19 case
A COVID-19 case at a Prince Albert child care facility has forced its closure until further notice.
The Early Learning Centre at Hopes Home received confirmation on Tuesday, Nov. 3 of a positive case at their Prince Albert Early Learning & Childcare Centre.
“Hope’s Home took action to follow Public Health protocols and closed our Early Learning Centre until further notice,” the organization said in a media release to paNOW forwarded from their main offices in Regina.
The statement added their 24-hour Supportive Living Home will remain in operation under strict isolation procedures as directed by Public Health. Public Health will guide all testing and isolation measures of children, families and staff members of the organization. We will continue to work diligently alongside our provincial government to ensure this goal is met.
