
351 new COVID-19 cases, second-highest daily total to date
The Saskatchewan Health Authority reported 351 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday—the second-highest one-day total that’s been reported in the province, to date.
The brings up the total reported cases to 8,239, 3,605 active cases, and 4,589 recoveries.
The seven-day average of daily new cases is 250 (20.6 new cases per 100,000 population).
The North Centre has 10 new cases, while the North East has 12 and the North West has 28. The Far North West has 10, one new case in the Far North Central and eight in the Far North East. Regina reported the highest amount of new cases on Sunday with 120, while Saskatoon reported the second-highest with 94. The Central East had 15, the Central West with two, the South West with 19, South Central with 10, and the South East with 18. Four cases have pending residence information.
