COVID-19 vaccine clinics set for Wakaw, Cudworth, Rosthern and surrounding areas

Senior residents in Wakaw, Cudworth, Rosthern and the surrounding area will have the chance to get their COVID-19 vaccines soon.

The Pfizer vaccine will be available to those 70 years of age and over, living independently and are able to travel to the clinics. The Wakaw/Cudworth clinics are on Friday, Jan. 15 from 4 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 16 from noon to 6 p.m., while in Rosthern it will also take place Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

For those in the Wakaw/Cudworth area, you’re asked to call 1-306-233-4443 to book an appointment. For the Rosthern area, the number is 1-306-682-1227.

The clinics are by appointment only.

Editor’s note: this story was amended to reflect a correction by SHA to their earlier announcement which said the vaccine would be available to those 80 years of age and over. It is available to those 70 years of age and over.
