Prince Albert Sports Hall of Famer Sherry Anderson has been selected by CurlSask to represent the province at the 2021 Scotties Tournament of Hearts. Anderson will skip Team Saskatchewan in the women’s national tournament, alongside Nancy Martin, Chaelynn Kitz, and Breanne Knapp. The Scotties will run in a bubble in Calgary Feb. 19-28.

Anderson was chosen as they had the highest-ranking over the past two provincial playdowns. The Robyn Silvernagle rink, who defeated Anderson in the provincial finals the past two years, retained just two members from their team last year which affected their ranking.

Representing Team Saskatchewan on the men’s side with Matt Dunstone, Braeden Moskowy, Kirk Muyres, and Dustin Kidby, who finished with a bronze medal at the 2020 Tim Hortons Brier.

Mike Armstrong and Ashley Quick will represent Team Saskatchewan in the 2020 National Mixed Doubles Championship.
