Have Your Say

Have Your Say Regarding Accessibility Legislation for Saskatchewan

Mar 3, 2021 | 9:44 AM

The Government of Saskatchewan has created a forum for online engagement for accessibility legislation.

Our government is developing legislation (a set of laws) to prevent and remove barriers for people with disabilities. This site gives you the opportunity to share your ideas and suggestions for the legislation. Your input will help ensure accessibility legislation meets the needs of Saskatchewan people.

We want to hear from everyone, but especially people with disabilities. Government supports the principle “Nothing about us without us”, which recognizes that people with disabilities must be involved in decisions that affect their lives.

For more information on accessibility legislation, see What is accessibility?, Why accessibility legislation? and Accessibility Legislation Q&As.

This engagement is open until March 31, 2021.

Note: The surveys, Discussion Guide, and discussion forums all ask similar questions about accessibility legislation. You are welcome to complete as many of these engagement opportunities as you like, but any one of them will give you the opportunity to have your say.

Thank you for your participation!
