LCCSD reports two COVID-19 cases

Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) officials have informed the Light of Christ Catholic School Division of two new cases of COVID-19 detected at division schools in North Battleford.
The SHA reported a positive COVID-19 case in an individual at John Paul II Collegiate High School and in an individual at St. Mary School on Wednesday. The division is working with public health to inform parents and caregivers, and the SHA is conducting contact tracing. Students and families are reminded to be diligent in performing the daily health screening, as well as following other preventative practices. To protect the privacy of this individual, the division is sharing or discussing any further details. As of March 2, there are 28,938 positive cases in the province, along with 27,059 recoveries and 387 deaths.
