RCMP arrest group of men after they assaulted a man on the Little Red River First Nation
The Prince Albert RCMP are investigating after four men threatened and assaulted a man at a residence on the Little Red River First Nation.
According to a media release, the investigation has so far revealed that the four men entered the home and at least one had a weapon. Once inside, the men threatened and assaulted the victim before leaving the residence in a vehicle.
The police were able to locate the vehicle on a rural property near the intersection of Fortsburg Road and Highway 355 where five men were taken into custody.
Police from the P.A. and Waskesiu detachments, Prince Albert Police Dog Services, Combined Traffic Services Saskatchewan and the Emergency Response Team responded to the call. The police continue to investigate.
