Times added to COVID-19 drive-thru, walk-in clinics
Drive-thru and Walk-in vaccination clinics for COVID-19 have added availability in northwest Saskatchewan this week, as the Government of Saskatchewan pushes to reach its percentage goals for the Reopening Roadmap.
Residents in the Battlefords can access the area’s drive-thru clinic today from 2:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., as well as 12:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lloydminster drive-thru site at the Exhibition Grounds was scheduled to have availability on June 19 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., while the walk-in clinic also has supply of the Pfizer vaccine for first dose recipients only on June 17 during that same time frame.
There are several other walk-in and drive-thru clinic times available in the region this week. Biggar’s drive-thru clinic and Cut Knife’s walk-in site will be open June 17 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. respectively. Both of these locations will provide Pfizer vaccine for first dose recipients only.
Turtleford will have a short window for their walk-in on June 18 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. and Macklin will have walk-in times from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on June 18 as well.
