North Stars season tickets to go on sale Aug. 11

Opening night of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) season sits just 50 days away, and as such, the Battlefords North Stars are opening their season ticket purchasing window next week.

As of August 11, fans and supporters will be able to purchase their season tickets at the early bird pricing until Sept. 17.

There are a variety of season ticket packages available, including both an Adult Punch Pass and Adult Flex Pass. Each includes tickets for all 28 of the team’s home games.

The Adult Punch Pass ($295) is a traditional ‘punch card’ that allows one adult to attend each home game this year with missed games non-redeemable.

The Adult Flex Pass ($315) provides more flexibility, where the one who purchases can allocate their 28 tickets more freely and share with others. For instance, if one game is missed, the owner of the Flex pass can bring a friend to a future game and use multiple of their passes in a single night, not exclusive to themselves.

In addition to the Adult packages, there are also season ticket options available for seniors ($280), teens ($100), and children ($75) with those price points available until the Sept. 17 deadline.

Following the early bird deadline, the season ticket packages will then increase to $330 for an Adult Punch Pass, $350 for an Adult Flex Pass, $300 for seniors, $150 for teens, and $100 for children.

With no crowd capacity restrictions or masking requirements anticipated for the coming SJHL season, head coach and general manager of the North Stars, Brayden Klimosko said the team is looking forward to playing in front of a packed Access Communications Centre once again this year in their return to the ice.

“There’s never been a better time to come watch some North Stars hockey,” Klimosko said. “The players are excited to get back and I know the fans are too. It should be an exciting year with a good group of players that can really play, so should be lots of fun to come back to the rink.”

The North Stars office hours are 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. daily. For more on how to reserve or book tickets, visit the team Facebook page, head to northstars.ca, or call (306) 445-7827.
