Starting in 1974 by building homes then progressing to selling, Duane proudly continues this legacy of business and community involvement. Since 1998, he has owned and operated Advantage Real Estate Services Inc as a successful, independent, local brokerage firm. In 2000, Duane Braaten earned his Professional Appraiser Designation (AACI, P. App) and in 2015 was awarded the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI). This is the premier credential in seller representation. Duane has also been past president of the Prince Albert Real Estate Board twice and has served on various committees throughout the years. Leanne Braaten began her real estate career in Alberta in 1999, Leanne joined Advantage Real Estate in 2004. She obtained her brokers license in 2012. Her “can do” attitude doesn’t end at the office.
