Three injured, one dead in single vehicle rollover

The Meadow Lake and Green Lake RCMP detachments are investigating a fatal collision that occurred early on Oct. 21.

Shortly after midnight, police were dispatched to the scene of a single vehicle rollover on Highway 155 nearly five minutes north of Green Lake.

After arriving on scene, an immediate investigation revealed a vehicle with four individuals was heading southbound when it rolled off the road. Three male passengers were taken to hospital with serious injuries while one 19-year-old female from Meadow Lake was pronounced dead on scene.

The family of the deceased has been informed of the incident.

A Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service are assisting both detachments in the ongoing investigation.
