The Broncos have another win under their belts following a trip to Kindersley last night.

While some familiar Broncos sit at the top of the league’s scoreboard, the 7-2 win against the Klippers comes with some rare goals from other hard working players.

Rookie forward Jakob Jones kicked off the game with his first goal of his SJHL career at the beginning of the second.

Fellow forward, Alex Morozoff, followed up with his third goal of his SJHL career with eight games now under his belt after being acquired by the Broncos late last month.

The goals kept on coming with the start of the third period with Matthew Perkins adding his 16th of his career. Perkins’ sits seventh on the league’s scoring leaderboard with 32 points in 27 games in his rookie season with the Broncos.

Samuel Marburg followed Perkins with his second of the season while also earning his second and third assists throughout the night. This earned him player of the game on behalf of the Broncos.

Tyler Kutschinski followed suit with his first and second of the regular season with Ethan Zielke capping off the period with his second of the season.

Rayce Ramsay would once again claim the win in goal saving 21 of Kindersley’s 23 shots.

The game also featured newly acquired Jaydon Jessiman and Jordan Normand who were called up for their first SJHL games last night.

The Broncos now have some time to rest up before a trip to Flin Flon for a two-game rematch against the Bombers.
