Meadow Lake RCMP investigating more vandalized mailboxes

The Meadow Lake RCMP is asking the public for assistance in identifying any individuals involved in recent acts of vandalism to community mailboxes.
In a media release, police stated 14 reports of mailbox vandalism were recorded in the span of only a week. This comes after similar incidents were reported in early November where several residents informed police of stolen parcels and packages.
Officials say it is unclear whether any packages were stolen in the latest incident, and are advising the community to check their mailboxes daily to avoid potential thefts.
Anyone with information regarding these offences is asked to contact their local RCMP detachment or submit an anonymous tip to Saskatchewan Crimestoppers by phone at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), or online.
