Melfort RCMP looking for missing 30-year-old man

Melfort RCMP are asking for help from the public in locating a missing man.

Quade Ballantyne was reported missing last night at approximately 10:50 p.m.

He was last seen on Kennedy Drive in Melfort where he indicated he was heading to Prince Albert, possibly on foot, but that has not yet been confirmed. He was last heard from at around 1 a.m.

The family of the 30-year-old man are concerned because he was not dressed appropriately for the weather.

Ballantyne is approximately 5’9″ with a slim build and has black hair and brown eyes. When he was last seen he was wearing a black winter coat with a fur hood, blue jeans and running shoes.
