“New year …New steer … Same dream!”

Our 2021 / 2022 4-H year has started!

This year we have 27 members and 6 leaders from the surrounding areas.

We held our first meeting of the year on Sunday December 5^th at the Weldon Lutheran Church. We did a quick welcome game to get to know everyone. We then elected our club executive as the following:

• President – Alex Manson
• Vice president – Shelby Wenig
• Treasurer – Courtney Hansen
• Secretary –Rylan MacGillivray
• District Representatives –Quaid Robertson and Tegan Hovdebo
• Club Reporter – Ava Timm

On December 20^th our club held its annual weigh day for the members to register and weigh their animals. Thank you to FenceFast for bringing out hot chocolate and doughnuts for our club! Thank you also to the Timm Family for once again hosting everyone at their farm. The members animals look great!

We held our second meeting of the year on January 9^th where we discussed hosting our club speeches and doing a demo day. We then had a project meeting where we judged stuffed animals to practice our judging skills.

Our club would like to give a huge thank you to the following for their generous donations:
