May 3, 2022 | 3:20 PM

A 22-year-old man in custody on another matter was arrested today in Prince Albert and charged with first degree murder.

The Saskatoon Police Service said the accused, whom they have not yet named, will make his first appearance in court tomorrow morning.

The charge stems from the death of Tyler Owen Morin, 30, who was shot in a residence in the 200 block of Avenue V South in Saskatoon on November 4, 2017.

He died as a result on November 11 of the same year.
