UPDATE: Found safe. Saskatoon police asking for help finding missing girl from Red Earth Cree Nation

Update Sept. 1: SPS say they have found the girl and she is safe.

The public is being asked for help finding a missing 15-year-old girl.

A girl was last seen on Aug. 28 at 7:20 p.m. around Saskatoon’s Royal University Hospital.

According to the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations (FSIN), she is from the Red Earth Cree Nation.

She is believed to stand between 5-4 and 5-6, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing ripped blue jeans, a crop top with three hearts on the chest, a crop black hoody, and red/black/white high-top shoes.

FSIN, who sent out a separate release, claims she has a red birthmark on the back of her neck.
