Warrant re-issued for man involved in stabbing incident at Prince Albert Superstore
For the third time since being arrested, the man charged after a stabbing incident at Prince Albert’s Superstore parking lot, is on the run.
Eagleclaw William Sanderson, 22, failed to show up for his most recent scheduled appearance Monday at Provincial Court and a warrant for his arrest was agreed to by the judge. According to court records, Sanderson had previously been released from custody Oct. 3 and one of his conditions was to attend court.
Sanderson, from Saskatoon, is facing a charge of aggravated assault in connection to the incident outside the Superstore on March 15.
The victim, who was stabbed near the heart, talked to paNOW and described how he intervened after seeing two men being harassed and threatened outside the entrance doors.
