SAMA conducting property evaluations in North Battleford

The Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency (SAMA) will be doing exterior property inspections in North Battleford this week.

Currently underway, these evaluations happen periodically to find the value of local properties and will continue to happen for the next two weeks.

Inspections will be at properties where a change in assessment value may occur, such as properties with new dwellings, garages, sheds, decks, and additions, or where there have been removed buildings or assessable structures.

Appraisers will need to do an exterior inspection only to obtain the dimensions/size, class and condition of the structure in question.
