Men of the North is hosting a 2023 Polar Bear Plunge set for March 11th, 2023.
Registration and Collection of Pledges @11:00am.
Plungers take the plunge @1:00pm.
You can sign up individually or a 6 person team.
Individuals to Raise – $50
6 person Team to Raise – $250
Each plunger will receive a 2023 Polar Bear Plunge T-Shirt.

All Proceeds raised will be split up between MOTN and CMHA
50% will go towards MOTN programming in helping Men access support and resources, when it comes to mental health and well-being.
50% will go to CMHA Prince Albert Branch in restoring mental health in what is seen by many to be an increasingly fractured world will only be achieved through community conversations, continuing education, building awareness, and working together to reduce the myths and stigma or negative attitudes towards the words “mental illness”.
