La Ronge RCMP looking for missing man

On March 18, La Ronge RCMP received a report of a missing 31-year-old man Thomas Ballantyne.

That’s according to a media release issued Thursday, which notes Ballantyne was last seen at the corner of Cook Crescent and Bedford Drive in La Ronge on March 18.

Based on initial information gathered, investigators have determined he was in La Ronge in the days following, and he may have travelled to Southend. His current whereabouts are unknown.

Investigators continue efforts to locate Ballantyne to ensure he is safe and are now asking members of the public to report information on his whereabouts.

He previously went by the name “Kyrell”. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing all black clothing. RCMP are working on obtaining a photo of Ballantyne.
