Two people arrested after altered firearms seized from P.A. home

Two people have been arrested and face a number of charges after Prince Albert police seized modified firearms from a home in the South Hill area.
On Wednesday, officers with the Crime Reduction Team (CRT) searched a home in the 100 block of 29th Street West. As a result, two modified firearms were seized along with ammunition.
A 35-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman, both from Prince Albert, have been charged with several firearms-related offences.
They are due to make their first court appearance in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Thursday morning.
